User Experience Designer / Researcher

        When designing a user experience, I always ask myself, “Will my mom (a non-English speaker and technically challenged) figure this out?” This is my design philosophy and it helps ensure my designs are visually and intuitively easy to understand for all users, not just the target persona.

        As an athlete and badminton coach, I've learned that each person is unique in how they learn and think. I keep this in mind when I conduct my research and designs, as each user base or persona is unique and there is no mold that fits all, only best practices.

​

        I hold a Masters in Human Computer Interaction and Design from the University of California, Irvine, and have a background in Graphic Design. With my passion for visual storytelling, I strive to design user friendly and visually appealing products to help people get where they need to be.
